Organic farm box scheme in Victoria

Rod may is an organic farmer in Central Victoria. In this interview with Andrew Carter (Earth Matters 3CR radio) recorded outside the Organic Expo in Melbourne 2008, Rod talks about the box scheme he runs from his farm. In the age of climate change and peak oil he says there is a need to develop more diffuse and localised systems of food distribution such a CSAs and box schemes. In addition these systems give farmers more autonomy and connect customers to where their food comes from. (MP3, 6 minutes)
