Friends of the Earth member group, Healthy Futures, is looking for a Digital Organiser to join their team of healthcare workers and community members taking action to address climate change and related threats to health in Australia. Applications close 11:59PM, 24th January 2021.
The successful applicant will use digital tools to engage healthcare workers and community members in Australia in Healthy Futures’ campaigns to address climate change and related threats to health. This will include managing their website, NationBuilder database and email blasts, and working with an existing 0.2 FTE social media co-ordinator to manage their social media channels.
The work will help Health Futures reach new supporters, provide avenues for their involvement, and amplify the work of other campaigners.

The successful applicant will be employed by Friends of the Earth Australia under our flat wage structure.
- 0.6 FTE (21 hours flexible working time + 3 hours paid break time per week)
- Salary: $35.50/hour (i.e. $73,840 per annum pro rata = $41,748 for this 49-week 0.6 FTE contract) + superannuation and entitlements
